That's not a Moon, Its a Space Station! 

As Dusty from Twister might say. Most of the proposals I see for Air Tankers are for small, maneuverable "initial attack" planes that could be based nearer to the fire-prone areas. This on the other hand will be a MONSTER. Imagine a 747 coming in low and slow and dumping 24,000 Gallons of retardant. Current large tankers carry 2,000-3,000 gallons. The mind boggles.
